Abstract:
To read out program of RAM immediately after initializing CPU.
This program transfer control device 1 transfers a program for operating the CPU 2, stored in a ROM 3 having a lower access speed to a RAM 4 having a higher access speed. The device is provided with a ROM data memory transfer control circuit 12 for transferring the program stored in the ROM 3 to the RAM 4 after the power supply is reset. The ROM data memory transfer control circuit 12 transfers the program stored in the ROM 3 to the RAM 4 during initialization of the CPU 2.
