Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtains a projection device capable of variable magnifications to an image with prescribed magnification, irrelevantly to the image height. CONSTITUTION:This projection device has a projection lens which functions for forming an image formed on a projection object surface 10 on an image plane and is provided with a projection lens 30 which is telecentric to one of an image side and a body side, a prism 40 which is provided between at least the telecentric side between the image plane and projection object surface and the projection lens 30 and has refracting power only in one direction, and a driving means 50 which rotates the prism on an axis perpendicular to the direction wherein the refracting power is obtained in a plane perpendicular to the optical axis of the projection lens.
