CONSTITUTION: The following are provided: A propeller 10; propeller duct 11 arranged in the diametric directional outer of the propeller so as to cover it; and a tensile member 15, provided in a plural quantity with a space in the peripheral direction by mounting the base end to shaft supporting parts 13, 14 of supporting a rotary shaft 12 of the propeller and extending in the diametral direction outer therefrom to connect the point end of the member 15 to the propeller duct 11.
