PURPOSE: To obtain the composition consisting of a propylene-based polymer, an olefinic elastomer, a polar group-containing olefinic polymer, excellent in coating properties, having high adhesion to melamine resin-based coating, etc., and useful for car parts, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The objective composition consists of (A) 1-99 pts.wt. propylene- based polymer, (B) 99-1 pts.wt. olefinic elastomer and (C) 1-30 pts.wt. polar group-containing olefin-containing olefinic polymer obtained by heating (i) an olefinic polymer having carboxyl group or an acid anhydride group in the molecule (preferably propylene-ethylene random copolymer having 1-5mol% ethylene content and 0.1-1.0dl/g intrinsic viscosity [η]) and (ii) an amino compound, preferably 2-aminoethanol, etc., based on 100 pts.wt. total amount of the component A and the component B.
