Abstract:
To provide further improved medicines for the treatment of prostate cancer and other cancers that overexpress PSMA.SOLUTION: Provided is an isolated CD3xPSMA bispecific antigen-binding molecule, or a bispecific antigen-binding fragment thereof, the isolated CD3xPSMA bispecific antigen-binding molecule comprising: a. an FN3 domain; b. a light chain (LC); and c. a heavy chain (HC), the FN3 domain forming a first antigen-binding site that specifically binds to human PSMA, and the HC and LC pair forming a second antigen-binding site that immunospecifically binds to CD3.SELECTED DRAWING: None
