Abstract:
To provide a protection processing method which enables inactivation processing using ultraviolet rays while suppressing progress of discoloration and degradation of a sheet material for an object space where a sheet material whose main component is composed of a chlorine-based resin is arranged or scheduled to be arranged.SOLUTION: A object space is a space where a sheet material whose a light source emitting ultraviolet rays showing light output in a specific wavelength region belonging to a range of 190-235 nm is arranged or scheduled to be arranged. A protection processing method includes: a step of mounting a base material whose main component is composed of a chlorine-based resin on an object surface arranged in an interior surface of the object space or in the object space; and a step of forming a protective film containing a material showing resistance against ultraviolet rays on the surface of the base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
