Abstract:
To prevent protection reporting from being performed to a train that does not have to stop by reducing erroneous recognition of occurrence of abnormality in a system capable of automatically detecting the occurrence of abnormality.
A protection reporting radio system relating to this invention includes monitoring cameras 6, 8, and an image control device 5 for starting monitoring control for detecting the occurrence of abnormality in a monitoring area by performing image analysis of an image or moving image data in the monitoring area acquired by the monitoring cameras 6, 8 on the basis of information about a traveling state of a train.
