PURPOSE: To easily form the protection layer of slope by a method in which a sheet having small holes pervious to water but impervious to cement particles is connected to anchor bolts through a connector, and cement mortar, etc., is packed into the space between the sheet and the slope.
CONSTITUTION: Anchor bolts 4 are penetrated at a fixed interval W in the vertical crosswise directions into the slope 2 of natural ground 1 for fixation. Core steel bars 12 are then set insertionally by utilizing the floating structure 10 of a flexible sheet 9 having small holes pervious to water but impervious to cement particles. The core steel bars 12 and the hooks 13 of the anchor bolts 4 are connected with connectors 6 to keep the interval H between the slope 2 and the sheet 9 at a given one. Cement mortar or concrete 22 is then packed into the space between the slope 2 and the sheet 9 and hardened.
