Abstract:
A tyre changing machine with a tyre inflation pump is proposed, which machine is provided with a cage which is constructed in such a way that it can receive a number of sizes of tyre/rim arrangements. An inflation ring is arranged inside the cage in order to arrange the tyre beads at rims provided there. An air connection terminal is mounted on the end of limited length of a tyre inflation line which extends in the space inside the cage. The limited length of the inflation line is such that it only reaches tyre inflation valves if the tyre is arranged inside the cage. A plate is arranged on the cage in order to prevent the line extending a considerable length outside the cage.
