The function unit 4 consists of an apparatus for protective control and outfits or the like and is divided into an operating part C, an I/O parts D, device fixing part E, etc. At maintenance inspection, a detachable drawing apparatus 30 is fixed to the cabinet 3, and the function unit 4 is pulled out to the front outside of the cabinet.
