PURPOSE: To prevent not to respond to an accident in the rear by means of providing an overcurrent detecting element on the side of phase of lead and an overcurrent detecting element on the side of phase of lag on a distance element in the short circuit direction, when both of them work, it may give the output of the distance element in the short circuit direction.
