Abstract:
Provided is a protective sheet cutting device with which a transportation defect is suppressed when extracting and transporting a protective sheet which is not cut and productivity improvement in a protective sheet cutting step can be achieved. The protective sheet cutting device is provided with an extraction part 3 and a cutting part 4 for cutting a protective sheet S extracted by the extraction part 3, wherein: the extraction part 3 has a first movable chuck 31A for holding an extraction-direction-side end section of the protective sheet S, and a first slide mechanism 31B for slidably moving the first movable chuck 31A in the extraction direction; the cutting part 4 has a cutting blade 41A, and a surface plate 42 having an upstream-side surface plate 42A and a downstream-side surface plate 42B that respectively hold the lower surfaces of the protective sheet on the upstream-side and downstream-side in the extraction direction with respect to the cut position of the protective sheet S by the cutting blade 41; and a first groove part 42B2, into which the first movable chuck 31A can enter, is formed on an upper surface 42A1 of the downstream-side surface plate 42B and extends in the extraction direction.
