Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet for personal information in which the personal information does not simply leak from the printed matter after the printed matter, in which the personal information is printed, is scrapped.
SOLUTION: A substrate sheet, an adhesive sheet and a strippable sheet are laminated on the back surface side of an information display sheet for describing the personal information and, at the same time, perforated lines are disposed beforehand in such a manner that one region of the regions describing the personal information is cut off from the remaining regions and is broken off from the substrate sheet.
