Abstract:
To provide a protective sleeve for preventing vermin damage due to rats and termites.SOLUTION: A protective sleeve for preventing vermin damage due to rats and termites contains raw material which includes, in mass ratio in relation to resin 100 pts.mass part, stabilizer of 0.5 to 8 pts.mass, rat-repellent toughening agent of 1 to 15 pts. mass, termite-proofing lubricant of 0.5 to 5 pts. mass, termite-proofing adduct of 0.5 to 10 pts. mass, rat-proofing adduct of 0.5 to 10 pts. mass and oil coating material of 0.5 to 5 pts.mass. Therein, the resin is PVC resin. The stabilizer is at least one kind of calcium-zinc system stabilizer, rare earth type stabilizer and organic tin type stabilizer. The rat-repellent toughening agent is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. The termite-proofing lubricant is at least one kind of orange essence oil or camphor oil. The termite-proofing adduct is at least one kind of red pepper powder, garlic powder, talc powder, borax, peppermint leaf and rosin. The rat-proofing adduct is at least one kind of tulip, perfume and camphor. This invention also provides a manufacturing method of pipe material described above. This invention has such a technical effect as to improve service life of the protective sleeve, reduce a problem on safety of a glass pipe, improve service life of optical fiber and reduce a maintenance cost.SELECTED DRAWING: None
