Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a protector for communication which is made so as to enhance a shielding effect by very closely fitting a cover into a base in an active metal surface from which an oxide cover film is removed in a protector for communication in which a shield is made by fitting a cover into a base.
CONSTITUTION: The annular external-fitting part 11 of a cup type cover 9 is externally fitted into the annular internal-fitting part 3 of an inclined grounding base 1 while pressing the part 3 against elasticity to contract the opening and at the same time the inside annular edge 12 at the lower end of a widely-opened annular external-fitting part 11 is fitted into the annular internal-fitting part 3 while wiping the inclined outer circumferential surface.
