To provide an apparatus providing proxy service between a client platform and a remote contents provider providing electronic contents.

The apparatus is provided with a means to receive and interpret requests for electronic contents of the contents provider from the client platform, a means to transmit the requests to the contents provider and receive data including at least one marker indicating locations of information operating/policy performing remote servers suitable for the requested contents and a means to interpret the one or more markers and transmit, instead of the client platform, requests for transmitting a clear contents version of the contents to the client platform when requirements of information operating/policy performing service are satisfied.
