This invention is provided with a conductive material capable of absorbing an electromagnetic wave and connected to ground and an artificial pseudo tree or pseudo vegetation incorporating or placed closely to the conductive material. The conductive material employs a linear member, a plate member, a net member, a rod member, a tape member of a metal processing material, a metallic fiber, and metallic powder or carbon powder or the like contained in a rubber plate or the like. Further, the pseudo tree or pseudo vegetation simulates various natural trees used for street trees or the like or ivies or mosses.
