PURPOSE: To obtain a lightweight pultrusion material excellent in strength, heat resistance and productivity by compounding an epoxy resin containing specific triglycidylamine as a repeating unit, a curing agent containing dicarboxylic anhydride and a reinforcing fiber.
CONSTITUTION: A pultrusion material suitably used in the field of a tooling material for molding an airplane member or a structural member for a spaceship/airplane contains an epoxy resin containing a triglycidylamine having a carbon cyclic aromatic residue as a repeating unit, a curing agent containing dicarboxylic anhydride and a reinforcing fiber. In the production of a molded product using this pultrusion material, for example, reinforcing fiber rovings 1 and reinforcing fiber mats 2 are continuously passed through an impregnation tank 3 in which a mixture of an epoxy resin and a curing agent is received and passed through a forming device 4 and a heating mold 5 to be cured while continuously subjected to pultrusion by a pulling machine 6 and the cured one is cut into a predetermined dimension by a cutter 7.
