Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the pulverizing device of a snap flask mold in which a casting product is surely discharged following the order where the casting product is charged. SOLUTION: In a pulverizing device of a snap flask mold, a sand-removing hole 5 is provided on a wall, a spiral partition 6 having a wider pitch and a higher height than the maximum diagonal dimension of a snap flask mold S is provided in the inside of a rotary drum 2 where one end is made to a charging port 3 and the other end is made to a discharge port 4, the rotation of the rotary drum 2 is set so as to act an intermittent rotation that the rotary drum is stopped for a prescribed time every one rotation and a snap flash mold charging machine 7 capable of charging the snap flask mold S to adjust the stop of the rotation is inserted and faced into the charging port 3 of the rotary drum 2.
