Abstract:
PURPOSE:To permit automatic operation of a sealing valve, by using a valve which is driven in accordance with the variation of the pump discharge pressure, as sealing valve, in a sampling piping system equipped with a pump. CONSTITUTION:A check valve 7 is installed as an outlet sealing valve in a main flow passage 1, and an inlet sealing valve is installed into an automatic sealing valve 6 which is automatically opened and closed in accordanced with the differential pressure between the upstream and the downstream of the check valve 7, and thus a sampling piping system is constituted. When a pump 4 is driven, the check valve 7 is opened, and a pressure difference is formed between the fluid in the upstream-side piping 8 of the check valve 7 and the downstream-side piping 9 of the check valve 7 because of the pressure loss of the check valve 7, and a piston 10 is pushed down, and then the valve piece 11 of the automatic sealing valve 6 lowers to open a flow passage. When the pump 4 stops operation, the fluid pressure in the piping 8 becomes smaller than that in the piping 9, and the valve piece 11 is pushed-up by a spring 12, and the flow passage is closed, and therefore the check valve 7 and the valve 6 are closed to seal the piping system from the main flow passage 1.
