PURPOSE: To carry out a product without positioning by moving a product even when the product which is cut off and separated from a product base- material is small.

CONSTITUTION: A punching part for executing punching work to the product- base material W is provided and an ascendable and descendable subpunch 45 is provided in the vicinity of the punching part to execute punching to the connected part between the product base-material W and the product WA. A supporting frame 57 having a subdie 71 is provided in the vertically lower position of this subpunch 45 and this supporting frame 57 is constituted so as to be vertically movable. A carrying-out belt 81 having entering holes 85, 87, 89, 91 into which the subpunch 45 is penetratable is provided on this supporting frame 57. This carrying-out belt 81 is constituted so as to be travelable in the carrying-out direction on the upside of the subdie 45.
