To provide a punching device of a laminated sheet material, the laminated sheet material and a punching method for the laminated sheet material for suppressing the deformation of an adhesive film in a part to be used after machining.
In this device, inner peripheral punching blade 50 and outer peripheral punching blade 52 of a punching die are constituted so that a cutting edge angle θ2 on the one side may be larger than a cutting edge angle θ1 on the other side in the vertical direction (an arrow S direction) in relation to the laminated sheet material 32. As a result, force for pressing cut surfaces 76 and 77 of the laminated sheet material 32 by a cutting edge face on one side of the inner peripheral punching blade 50 and the outer peripheral punching blade 52 becomes smaller than pressing force in a cutting edge face on the other side. As a result, pressure applied in directions (an arrow A direction, an arrow B direction) substantially perpendicular to pressing directions of the inner peripheral punching blade 50 and the outer peripheral punching blade 52 is also small in a disk sticking part 60 to suppress deformation of the adhesive film 28.
