To achieve a medical device for accurately administering a cell to a desired position, for example a desired position in the vicinity of the outside of the inferior limb, with a simple mechanism and simple work.SOLUTION: A puncture positioning band includes a puncture part that guides a puncture needle for allowing the puncture needle to diagonally enter the skin at a specific angle.
