Abstract:
To provide a bactericide exhibiting an excellent controlling action on plant diseases, particularly on a blast disease of rice.
The bactericide includes a pyrazole derivative represented by formula (1) as an effective component [in the formula, R1 and R2 each represents hydrogen, halogen, 1-6C alkyl, 1-6C haloalkyl or the like (provided that at least one of R1 and R2 is 1-6C haloalkyl); R3 represents 1-6C alkyl or the like; R4 and R5 each represents hydrogen, halogen, 1-6C alkyl or the like; A represents -OR6, -S(O)nR7, -NR8R9, -NR10NR11R12, -NR13OR14 or -ONR15R16; n represents 0 to 2; and R6 to R16 each represents hydrogen, alkyl or the like].
