Abstract:
To prevent, when an RF pulse is transmitted only from one RF coil of a quadrature coil, a resonance circuit of the other RF coil from consuming energy of the RF pulse.
A switch element (3) is driven by a photocoupler (4) to provide a state where a second resonance circuit is formed from a second RF coil (2a) and a second capacitor (2b) when receiving an MR signal. When transmitting an RF pulse, the state is switched to a state where the second resonance circuit is not formed. Thus, a QD distributor can be omitted, the configuration can be simplified and costs can be reduced.
