PURPOSE: To supply fuel quantitatively at all times by providing an axial flow pump in a fuel tank in which a fixed liquid level is formed by a constant liquid level former.
CONSTITUTION: When the liquid level of the fuel tank 8 is lowered by the driving of the axial flow pump 3, the float 9 is moved downwards and the float arm 10 is turned clockwise, whereby the float valve 7 is separated from the valve sheet 6 to open the fuel suction path 5 and then fuel corresponding to discharged amount to outside by the axial flow pump 3 is supplemented. Thus, even when the axial flow pump 3 is driven, the liquid level of the fuel tank 8 is always kept constant. Since the axial flow pump 3 is provided inside the constant liquid level former 2 and the lift H of the axial flow pump 3 is kept constant at all times, a fixed amount of fuel can be always supplied quantitatively by keeping the turbine revolving number of the pump 3 constant simply.
