Abstract:
To provide a quantum dot luminescent device having a low drive voltage and a high luminous efficacy.SOLUTION: A quantum dot luminescent device 1 has a positive electrode 3, a luminescent layer 6, and a negative electrode 9, in which the luminescent layer 6 is located between the positive electrode 3 and the negative electrode 9. The luminescent layer 6 includes quantum dots and a compound represented by the general formula (1) below. [In the general formula, R1 and R2 independently represent a hydrogen atom or alkyl group, R3 and R4 independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted divalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a single bond, and R5 and R6 independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group or a substituted or unsubstituted carbazolyl group.]SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
