Title:
QUASI-GROUNDING METHOD AND APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3471607
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the low-cost noise countermeasure by connecting and quasi- grounding a wiring which radiation noise energy level lowers to a quasi- grounded frame through a capacitance in high frequency regions to eliminate the need of a high cost ferrite.
SOLUTION: A communication wiring 47 is connected to an integrated circuit block of a package housing a frame and to an external wiring through connectors 461, 462 and moreover connected through capacitors 451, 452 in high frequency regions to the frame quasi-grounded by lowering the radiation noise energy below EMI specification value level. The radiation noise energy 49 of the package to which the EMI countermeasure is applied until it is lower than the radiation noise energy level 50 of the frame is equalized to the radiation noise energy level 50 of the frame quasi-grounded through the capacitors, thereby quasi-grounding the wiring 47. The difference at the boundary between the radiation noise energy 49 in the package and the radiation noise energy of the frame is the energy level difference just before connecting the capacitors 451, 452 having high frequency characteristics.
