To efficiently gather and provide excellent knowledge contents in a wide knowledge field while restraining the operation cost.

A highly skilled person but not an expert is recruited as 'an answerer' on a network. A speciality field of the answerer is not limited. A remuneration for success according to the quality of an answer is paid for the answerer giving an excellent answer to a question. The exchanged question and answer are basically stored in a knowledge DB 105, and a questioner can retrieve the DB 105.
