To provide a questionnaire answer collection method which allows a questionnaire respondent to answer a questionnaire eagerly, and to analyze the answer of the questionnaire in real time.

In this method, a questionnaire executant displays a questionnaire answer picture, and carries out a questionnaire thereafter, with the next step. Reception of questionnaire entry of the questionnaire respondent is carried out (S1), and a list of question items/compensation with regard to the question items and compensation when answering the question items is presented (S2). The answer fill-in picture of the question items that the questionnaire respondent has selected is displayed (S3). The answer obtained from the questionnaire respondent is stored in a server (S4). An information fill-in picture of the information necessary for paying compensation to a questionnaire respondent is displayed (S5). The information necessary for paying compensation is stored in the server (S6). The answer collection situation is examined, and the list of question items/compensation is changed depending on the answer rate (S7). After examining whether or not a prescribed number of answers have been collected (S8), the questionnaire is terminated if collected. If not collected yet, a new respondent is received by returning to S2.
