Abstract:
PURPOSE:To save man-power without decrease of availability of each equipment, by examining the through/stop of each equipment in each process of the bonding line, and driving the automatic conveyer between the equipments. CONSTITUTION:The signal from the wire bonder WB at stand-by for the next job is transmitted to the control panel 100 through the high rank computer, and make the transfer machine displace a rack to either one of two loading places on the carrying stand 21 of the carrying truck 20. When the servomotor 84 is driven, the wire rope 33 of the carrying truck 20 is wound up and the carrying truck 20 starts to move toward the wire bonder WB which sent the signal. While it is moving toward the destination, the sensor installed on the rail detects the stopping point of the discrimination equipment 103, and the carrying truck 20 is stopped by the detected signal. Then the rack number labeled on the side of the rack mounted on the truck is read out by the recognition equipment 108, and the obtained data are transmitted, as the products managing signal, to the host computer through the operating equipment and the memory.
