To make a radar controller performable accurate detection and tracking by radars by converting track information generated from detection alarm of every radar into total number-of-hit beams request information and further to tracking beam form information of every radar.

A detection and tracking part 11 of this radar controller receives detection alarms 301 of every radar including detection target position and detection quality of the each of radars, generates and updates track information 101. The information 101 has a plurality of track data during tracking by the controller. One route data has a position, a speed and the like of a central coordinate system held by the radar. A beam data rate selector 12 receives a tracking mode designation 102 and converts the input information 101 into total number-of-hit beams request information 103 to the specific track in the information 101. A radar assigner 13 converts the information 103 into tracking beam form information 302 of each radar based on a radar parameter 104, outputs the information 302, and efficiently operates a radar group.
