Abstract:
To provide a radar device that can improve the degree of freedom in the arrangement of a circuit board inside a housing.SOLUTION: The radar device comprises: a circuit board that has a substrate surface parallel to a first direction; a housing that accommodates the circuit board and has a window unit transmitting an electromagnetic wave, where the window unit being provided at an end on one side in the first direction of the housing; an antenna unit that is arranged on the circuit board and transmits and receives the electromagnetic wave through the window unit; and a dielectric lens that is arranged in the window unit of the housing and narrows down the electromagnetic wave transmitted from the antenna unit and sends out the electromagnetic wave to the outside of the housing. The dielectric lens has an optical axis that is perpendicular to a tangent line on an electromagnetic wave incident surface and a tangent line on an electromagnetic wave emission surface, where a position in a second direction orthogonal to a substrate surface is different from a center position in the second direction of the dielectric lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
