CONSTITUTION: The captioned tire is provided with a carcass layer 2 composed of carcass-plys 3 in more than one layer where cords intersecting within the range from 70 degrees to 90 degrees against the equatorial plane of a tire are burried, a tread rubber 6 provided on the outer side in its radial direction, and a belt layer 9 provided between these two 2, 6. Belt-plys 7 in the circumferential direction in more than one layer and intersecting belt-plys 8 in more than one layer are laminated in the belt layer 9. In this instance, the belt-ply provided on the utmost outer and the utmost inner sides in the radial direction of the belt layer 9 are constituted from the intersecting belt-plys 8. Also, the belt-plys 7 in circumferential direction are provided on the more inner side in the radial direction than the belt-ply positioning at the stage of layer whose number is 3/4 times of the number of all layers.
