Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make the structure suitable for a radiant tube burner by checking the production of NOx associated with burning, achieve a prevention of coking by simplifying the control of a fuel supply system and an air supply system and moreover, provide a combustion control method ideal for a burner and a burner system.
CONSTITUTION: Tips of a fuel nozzle, for example, a pilot burner/nozzle 11 and an air throat 13 are arranged within an end part of a radiant tube 3 while a tip opening 33 of the air throat 13 is provided being so decentered as to inscribe or approach the surface of the inner circumferential wall of the radiant tube 3.
