Abstract:
To provide a radiation image conversion panel which has high luminance and is excellent in workability and to provide a method for manufacturing the panel.
The method for manufacturing the radiation image conversion panel is characterized in that a phosphor layer is formed on a support by filling an evaporation source crucible which has at least two or more cells inside it with vapor deposition materials of two or more kinds which are different in temperature characteristics and dissolving and vaporizing the materials by heating them.
