Abstract:

To solve a problem in which moire that occurs when shooting using a grid becomes complicated in a radiation imaging device in which pixel sets each having a plurality of pixels having different structures are arranged periodically.SOLUTION: In a radiation imaging device in which a first pixel set and a second pixel set are configured of two or more pixels having different aperture shapes of photoelectric conversion elements adjacent to each other in a predetermined direction are provided adjacently in the predetermined direction, in each of the pixels included in the first pixel set and the second pixel set, the centers of gravity or distances between the centers of the openings are approximately the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
