Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve noiseproofness in pulse measurement and Campbell measurement using digital processing.
SOLUTION: In this device, a desired count value is obtained by passing the output pulse of a radiation sensor 1 through an A/D converter 3 to obtain a sample value, calculating the n-th power value (n≥2) of the sample value by an n-th power pulse discrimination device 4 to discriminate only a pulse signal of radiation, and counting the discriminated pulse signal of radiation by a pulse counting device 5.
