A distributor 161 distributes a sending signal supplied to an antenna 20, generates a cancellation signal while using a level adjuster 164 and a phase adjuster 165 so as to adjust the level and phase of a distribution signal, and compounds with a received signal from the antenna 20 using a synthetic device 163. Thus, while the level and the phase of the cancellation signal are adjusted by the level adjuster 164 and the phase adjuster 165, the level of the signal measured by the level measuring instrument 17 is compared with a predetermined threshold. Further, the adjustment of the distribution signal is suspended, on the basis of the comparison result.
