PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication method and a radio communication base station.SOLUTION: A radio communication method includes: a step of monitoring radio traffic from another base station located within an interference range of a cover area of a base station located at a certain position, and being performed by the base station located at the certain position; a step of monitoring radio traffic between a mobile device situated in the cover area of the base station located at the certain position and the other base station, and being performed by the base station located at the certain position; and a step of determining a transmission parameter used in the base station located at the certain position from monitoring the radio traffic from the other base station located within the interference range of the cover area of the base station located at the certain position, and monitoring the radio traffic between the mobile device situated in the cover area of the base station located at the certain position and the other base station.
