To provide a radio network system capable of performing radio communication between itself and a communication device even when all access point devices restart.
The radio network system includes a plurality of access point devices each for performing radio communication with a communication device, and a terminal device for indicating each of the access point devices to restart. Upon receiving a restart instruction, the access point devices each set the length of restart standby time at random, and execute restart when a restart standby time elapses after reception of the restart instruction in a state not receiving a notice of start of restart. Further, for execution of restart, a notice of start of restart is transmitted to the other access point devices. When restart is completed, a restart instruction is transmitted to the other access point devices.
