PURPOSE: To facilitate simulation, movement, and transportation of a target at an arbitrary height by arranging three radio reflecting materials orthogonal to one another in a radio transmission material which is expanded to a balloon body by gas injection.
CONSTITUTION: A surface structure body 11 consists of a radio transmission material like a dielectric material which allows a radio wave to transmit through and has a flexibility, and this body is expanded to the balloon body by gas injection. With respect to an internal structure body 12, three circular radio reflecting plates 12a∼12c consisting of a material which has a good conductivity and a flexibility and efficiently reflect a radio wave are arranged orthogonally to one another to constitute a coner reflector. Consequently, the surface structure body 11 is expanded to the balloon body by gas injection to form a floating radio reflector 20. Thus, the radio reflector 20 is obtained which can be towed at prescribed speed without being affected by waves or the like and is floated at a proper height to simulate the target and is convenient for transportation.
