In the node 10, a power supply circuit 11 feeds the power. An intermittent operation control means 20 switches the feeding and the stop of the power from the power supply circuit 11. A data communication means 22 relays a radio signal when the intermittent operation control means 20 switches the active state and the stopped state and the radio signal including data is received. A control signal communication means receives the feeding of the power from the power supply circuit 11 and receives a radio signal including a calling instruction. When the control signal communication means 21 receives the radio signal including the calling instruction, the intermittent operation control means 20 makes the power supply circuit 11 feed the power to the data communication means 22 to activate the data communication means 22.
