Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a simplified manufacturing method for a radio wave absorber material powder which is excellent in terms of radio wave absorbing properties and is made of an Mn-Zn ferrite group.

CONSTITUTION: This invention relates to Mn-Zn ferrite sphere-shaped particles whose average particle diameter ranges from 50 to 150μm. The manufacturing method comprises a granulation process of a raw compound made of Fe2O3 50 to 55mol%, Mn-40mol%, and ZnO 10 to 30mol% into sphere-shaped particles of 60 to 200μm and a burning process at a temperature of 100 to 1350°C and a cooling process.
