PURPOSE: To obtain excellent radio wave absorption characteristic in a wide frequency range by setting the value of a conjugated permeability in a special region to a range between two lines represented by predetermined formulae, and further specifying the specific permittivity of a ferrite radio wave absorber.
CONSTITUTION: A dielectric material 2 is laminated on the rear surface of a ferrite radio wave absorber 1, and a metal plate is laminated on the rear surface to prepare a radio wave absorption panel. In a graph of the value of μr" in a range of 30-l000MHz of a conjugated permeability (μm=μr'-jμr", where j is an imaginary number) of the absorber 1 in which an ordinate axis is permeability and an abscissa axis is a frequency (f) (MHz), it is disposed between a line represented by a formula of μr"= 5500×f-1 and a line represented by a formula of μr"= 9000×f-1. In a graph of the value of μr"/μr' in a range of 30-1000MHz in which an ordinate axis is μr"/μr' and an abscissa axis is a frequency (f) (MHz), it is disposed between a line represented by a formula 0.05×f-1 and a line represented by a formula of 0.043×f1.55. Further, the specific permittivity of the absorber 1 falls within a range of 1-15.
