PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioactive substance storage container suppressing performance degradation.SOLUTION: A radioactive substance storage container includes: a cylinder main body in which a radioactive substance is contained; a first pore formed in the cylinder main body; a trunnion that has a first part fitting in the first pore; a second pore that is formed on a shaft same as the first pore in the cylinder main body, and has a female screw part inside; and a male screw part that connects to the female screw part and suppresses a relative displacement between the cylinder main body and the trunnion in a direction parallel to the shaft of the first pore.
