PURPOSE: To provide a relatively spacious concrete panel suitable for settlement of the electric wave jamming in a steel pipe column or a reinforced concrete structure and a simple structural radio absorptive wall structure of a steel pipe column or a reinforced concrete structure by use of the concrete panels.
CONSTITUTION: A mesh 2 made of long carbon fiber is buried in a concrete panel 1 to form a layer in the plane direction. The radio absorptive concrete panel 7 in which the mesh is buried is installed in front of a steel pipe column 5 with a gap 6 and radio absorptive concrete is placed around the reinforcements of a reinforced concrete structure. In this way, a radio absorptive concrete panel is obtained to have a relatively spacious and a large tensile strength and the radio absorptive wall is easily constructed and the electric wave jamming of steel pipe columns is eliminated and the fire-resistance thereof is increased at the same time. And the construction period and cost are reduced. In this way, a reinforced concrete structure can be constructed together with the radio absorptive wall.
