Title:
RAFTER CLEARANCE CLOSING MEMBER FOR ROOF TILE AND EXECUTION WORK METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH11222978
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To improve workability by arranging a flexible belt-like piece on the plate body upper edge having almost the same shape as the eaves end roof tile under surface, and arranging a locking piece locked on the roof side on the reverse of a plate body.

A rafter clearance closing member for a roof tile is constituted by projecting a locking piece 3 on the reverse of a plate 1 by arranging a flexible belt-like piece 2 along the upper edge 1a of the plate body 1 formed in the almost same shape as the eaves end roof tile under surface. Next, the belt-like piece 2 is formed in a recessed circular arc shape becoming wide as it proceeds to the lengthwise directional end part from the bottom part 1c of the upper edge 1a so as to be curved to the surface side of the plate 1. The superposing part is fixed to the roof side by a nail or the like after superposing the recessed part 5 arranged on the other end of an adjacent plate 1 on a superposing piece 4 extended to one end of the plate 1 by pressing the plate 1 to the roof side by allowing the belt-like piece 2 to abut to the under surface of an eaves end roof tile after locking the locking piece 3 on the roof side at execution work. When necessary, the length and a width of the plate 1 are changed by being divided by grooves 6, 7. The execution work can be easily performed by preventing generation of clearance between the roof side and an eaves end roof tile even if there is a fluctuation in a shape and a dimension of the eaves end roof tile.
