Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle capable of executing vehicle body inclination control regardless of whether point information has been acquired.SOLUTION: When a railway vehicle 1 is able to acquire point information P through a point acquisition device 7, the point information P with a margin α applied is retrieved from route information data 13b, then an inclination command value F is calculated by reading ahead a track R curvature and a cant, and corrected. Otherwise, when the point information P cannot be acquired, the inclination command value F calculated from a travel speed Vy value, a yaw angle speed memory 14b value, and a lateral acceleration memory 14a value beforehand, is acquired and corrected. The corrected inclination command value F is output to inclination devices 6 and 28. Therefore, even when the point information P cannot be acquired, inclination control of a vehicle body 3 can be executed and riding comfort can be improved.
