PURPOSE: To protect a power feeding device and a stable and safe operation for a long period by arranging a plate with the width wider than the width of a leg member between the leg member and connecting members so that rats or the like can not approach a rail side.

CONSTITUTION: A plate 21 with the width W2 wider than the width W1 of a leg member 9 is provided between the top plate section of the leg member 9 and upper nuts 19. The plate 21 is made of metal and divided into the right and left sections, recesses 22A and 22B to be inserted with bolts 15 are formed on the side faces of both split plates 21A and 21B kept in contact with each other, and they can be freely inserted from the side. Even if rats on a base member 8 approach the leg member 9 while the operation of a rail device is stopped at night, rats can not approach the rail 1 side due to the existence of the plate 21, thus a power feeding device 25 is prevented from being bitten by rats.
